Build the supply chain that lets our data gloves scale from thousands to tens of thousands.

EUR 5,000 to 6,500 gross per month (full-time) · 38 to 40 hours · Eindhoven region, hybrid (three office days) · Start as soon as possible.

At MANUS, we develop data gloves with electromagnetic (EMF) tracking for precise, drift-free hand and finger tracking, used by more than 2,000 research institutions and technology companies and integrated into NVIDIA Isaac Lab. Demand is growing fast, and we are moving production to manufacturers that can handle much higher volumes. As our first Supply Chain Manager, you build and run the supply chain that makes this possible.

What you will do

• Select manufacturers, and negotiate contracts, prices, MOQs and service level agreements with them.
• Own purchasing, planning, inventory and logistics, and make sure our ERP (Exact) delivers reliable forecasts.
• Monitor critical components in a volatile chip market, and decide with us what to buy ahead.
• Measure and improve delivery reliability, lead times and inventory levels.
• Lead and develop our junior buyer, and work closely with our Industrialisation Engineer on the technical side.

After your first year, our supply chain has a clear way of working, key manufacturers work under contracts and SLAs, we know our bottlenecks and critical components, and our forecasts support purchasing and finance decisions.

Wat we zoeken

What we are looking for

• You have set up or run the supply chain for a hardware product with electronics, including purchasing, planning and supplier management, in a period of growth.
• You negotiate contracts and SLAs with manufacturers and suppliers, and you enjoy it.
• You plan and forecast from ERP data, and you build scenarios when demand and supply are hard to predict.
• You bring structure and an eye for detail, and you build a way of working where none exists yet.
• You coach a junior colleague, and you work in English with manufacturers and colleagues. Dutch is not required.

Experience with Exact, the electronic component market, contract manufacturers in Asia or Europe, second sourcing or supplier quality is a plus.
